This is a nifty little idea, originally seen on rowangolightly's LJ. Here's one exerpt from my handbook, which may or may not be entitled "Nikki for Dummies":

If you don't like my answer to your question, I am not responsible for giving you *different* answers until you *do* like what you're hearing. (This is a correllary of Rule #2: Don't ask the question if you're not prepared for the answer.)

I think there are folks in this world who rely upon the answer for some satisfaction. My answer is not necessarily crafted with another's personal fulfillment in mind, with the exception of aiming to Answer the Question with the most accurate and truthful information I have, from my own place in the universe. ::shrug::

Quite possibly, this is related to the lack of people who ask me questions of a delicate nature in my personal life. :)
