Oh, so happy.
Happiness is...
~ shimmying my ass off in bellydance class tonight. SRSLY, I might have trouble moving tomorrow. The isolation called for is so very specific, and so very different from other shimmy-like dancing I know from different styles, that I really had to Work It. I really like this teacher -- she spends a lot of time breaking down the mechanics of each thing we're learning. And I'm glad to be starting as an absolute beginner. Was that ever fun. Whee!
~ a mug of warm cocoa, spilling over with teeny-tiny shmallows and laced not-so-delicately with Godiva Cappucchino Liqueur. Plus, more shmallows in the kitchen to top it off when I eat all these off the top.
~ a hot bath waiting, flannel sheets on the bed, and children who sleep through the night. (knock on wood)
