This weekend is so full of good stuff that I'm not going to spoil it by obsessing over housework. Need to concentrate on what pleases me and what is necessary...fortunately, those things intersect a bit.

I'll get the basics done, but otherwise direct my energy toward things that feel much more important (for now) than, say, whether the bathroom mirror has been cleaned.

I know you were all wanting to know that before you went about your business today. Carry on.

Some days, it should be about you and the basics. Sounds like a good weekend for that to me. With your permission I will do likewise from my base camp here in BFE ;-)
